There were tough times, especially in 2024 during the "Dark Winter," when I felt overwhelmed and stepped away, unsure how to connect our big dreams with the reality of a messy market. But Nayemul never gave up. When I returned in late 2025, I found not just a company, but a strong team that had built something amazing. He developed the "6-Step Quality Shield" and new processes that could change the way we deliver services. I realised that while Nayemul is the "Heart" of Metro Solver, I am the "Heart" that drives execution.

When I came back, my focus was on Getting Things Right. I made big changes to improve our work. By cutting unnecessary costs and creating clear rules, we turned our creative team into a well-organised powerhouse. This helped us not just survive but also gain important clients through our dedication to honesty and responsible.
